RETURN POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION
You have 30 days to return NUGSAX products. We stand behind our shit—if you're not fully satisfied, we've got you covered.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY (READ THIS ISH)
We genuinely want you to be happy with your NUGSAX, but there are some basic rules:
• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to return your NUGSAX. After that, it's a committed relationship.
• Original Packaging: If possible, keep all the boxes, bags, and whatever else we shipped it in. We appreciate getting that stuff back.
• Proof of Purchase: Hang onto your receipt or order confirmation. No proof, no return—we don't make the rules. (Actually, we do make the rules, and that's one of them.)
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
• Damaged goods (unless they arrived that way, in which case, see "DAMAGED ITEMS" below)
• Clearance items specifically marked as final sale
• That sick NUGSAX merch you've already worn to the lake and got compliments on
HOW TO RETURN (IT'S EASY, DON'T PANIC)
1 Contact Us: Email contact@nugsax.com with your order number and "I WANT MY MONEY BACK" in the subject line. (Or something more polite, if that's your style. We don't judge.)
2 Get Authorization: Wait for our return authorization. Don't just send stuff back without talking to us first—that's like showing up to a party uninvited.
3 Package That Shit: Carefully repackage your unused NUGSAX in its original packaging.
4 Ship It: Send your return to:

5 Track It: Use a shipping method with tracking. Lost returns are not our problem.
REFUND PROCESSING (THE MONEY PART)
• Refund Method: We'll refund your payment to the original payment method. No, we can't send it to your new card/account/crypto wallet/whatever.
• Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Banks sometimes take their sweet time, so don't blame us if it takes longer to show up in your account.
• Shipping Costs: Initial order policy is $5.99 flat rate shipping. Return shipping is on you.
DAMAGED ITEMS (NOT YOUR FAULT)
If your NUGSAX arrives damaged or defective:
1 Take clear photos of the damage
2 Email them to contact@nugsax.com within 48 hours of delivery
3 We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund

NUGSAX reserves the right to refuse any return that doesn't meet these requirements. This policy may change without notice, so check back before making a return. By purchasing from us, you agree to this return policy.
This return policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and NUGSAX LLC. By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy our stuff (but again, you'll be missing out on some awesome ice bags).
